Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The staff was very attentive. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They have never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
