I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
