I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

This doctor set my wife's appt for 1045 and finally saw her 1145.
All she wanted was a test for candida, and he said "I don't know enough about it to recommend a test" even though WE have done tons of research on it.
And I had told him that's why she was coming in, last Friday, and today is Tuesday. He knew why she was coming and over the weekend, whatever he did, he didn't study the issue. Freaking moron.

It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to help me or be communicative. Screw him.
