They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my grand child feel instantly comfortable.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
