If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome.

Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
