Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Dr Levy Mandalla is a wonderful provider. She has a great personality and relates very well to my children (8 & 10). We transferred 2 years ago and it was a great decision. She covers all the bases during physicals, asking important questions and emphasizing use of bike helmets, smart swimming, etc. We've seen others in the practice and they have been just as informative about my children's health & well being. We never wait long in the waiting room, but have waited up to 15 minutes in an exam room on one visit. If I had to mention anything not meeting expectations - getting through the busy phone lines and phone hold times always seem to be somewhat inconvenient. Not sure why that is, every time I call. Wish they had online appointment reservations, but then again, they provide a personalized service & are in demand. We're not moving through a turnstile as we did at the Clinic...
