Maybe it's just that our personality types don't meld well, but I didn't care for Dr. Shehata. After just the first visit I was taken off medication too quickly without even a warning of what might happen. Had I known the signs to watch for I wouldn't have become nonfunctional while at work one day. I felt at a couple visits he said very unprofessional things to me that didn't relate to my treatment at all. More difficult with such a small staff, but I have walked in to find no receptionist at the front desk or felt like I was brushed away due to other receptionist duties. If you don't mind some of these things than you'll get along well. The lobby is very clean and there is a TV while you wait. The Dr is very straight to the point and matter of fact, but this didn't bother me at all. For some reason I was just not comfortable around him and hated going back.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. . Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've already started recommending them to people I know. Dr. Shehata is professional and objective. He does a good job of identifying which problems are medical and which problems the patient can handle on their own. I have never felt that I was being overmedicated or that my voice went unheard.

They were kind and knowledeable, very no-nonsense type of treatment and advice offered. The waiting room here is comfortable. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed.
