Initial interview was through but more focused on her through questions and only momentarily on the question I came asking. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. They were extremely good w/treatment w/our son. After MANY previous providers she was the first he responded to. in fact, we are recommending her to another family member rgt now.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
