If you see a Doctor at the Crystal Clinic you will fall into a billing nightmare! They take your physician co-pay and apply it to a "facility" account and then you are repeatedly billed by the physician for his services. My husband believes they are trying to steal from patients by double charging the co-pay! Co-pays I made in December are still not applied in February and I'm am still getting billed! If you take your receipts up to the clinic with your bill they tell you to call the billing company. Call the billing company and they tell you to contact the clinic. The stress of all this is not worth it! Choose a Doctor that has his own office...this is definitely not the only place in town! I will never go back! I will tell everyone I know and post on my facebook page.....DON'T GO HERE! This place is a racket!
