They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Learning more about their patients should be a priority before attempting to do something when the patient tries to inform them that it is not as simple as they think.

I was happy with their promptness. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are wonderful I had to change gyn doctors because mine retired, Not an easy doctor to change! but, they are so nice I was immediately conformable.
