I felt that the staff was more interested in my money than my well being! From the moment i called with an emergency they were more concerned with my $75 balance from 3 weeks ago and didn't bother asking me what was wrong. The doctors are great but the management needs to gain some compassion and professionalism!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
