Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

I have had to go a couple of times for things that were fairly major and each time he has REALLY helped me. I recommend him without reservatino.

Called a week ahead to schedule an appointment. Got to the clinic filled in 4 pages of information, 25 minutes later was told that the doc wouldn't be able to see me because his name was not in the insurance card.

Told the nurse/receptionist that the insurance company has been notified and that the card is on its way and wondered if they could call to verify so I could see the doc for my asthma, all she said was. "We don't do that, it's our policy and offered to reschedule my appointment for next week".

No information was ever given to me when when I call to schedule for an appointment. All this could haven prevented had they
1) Told me this over the phone when I make the appointment
2) Told me this when I hand my information to them while I "WAS" in the clinic.

And the worse of all I saw that they had some files in my folder and I ask if i can see them. Her answer was "NO, Thats for the Doc only". I'm sorry wasn't THAT my file?

HORRIBLE SERVICE - Hope they run out of business SOON.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
