I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was easy enough to find. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
