They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I used to be an administrator at her previous medical office, and her staff absolutely adored her. They respected her and followed her to every office she went to. The patients also equally loved her staff and the doctor. The doctor always had a very professional relationship with her staff and patients, and I personally know that she is still very connected personally to some of her staff that have retired or moved on. I have been a patient (and her employer/employee) off and on for 17 years. It has been an absolute pleasure.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Of course there will always be some patients that are never happy with anything, and they will always complain about everything, but we have had nothing but excellent care from her. She has 3 kids and works full time, we are very grateful!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This doctor has helped me lost 40 pounds, got my blood pressure down, and I am no longer diabetic. Wow!

The doctor is typically running behind even when I choose the first appointment in the morning. She thinks it's cute to try to explain that she is late because she has young children - I couldn't care less. I am on time and my time is just as important. If I ask about delays, her staff is standoff-ish and frankly, rude. My appointments may not get canceled but I always have to worry about how long it's going to take. I would prefer to just go to someone else in the area. I've been made aware of inappropriate incidents of sexual harassment she's allegedly made towards her staff but it's just rumor. Still, it concerns me. I am very uncomfortable with the amount of questionable language and off-color humor I've overheard. I wish they had been more professional. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
