The chairs in the waiting room were good, and I was comfortable while waiting for the appointment. However, the wait was much too long. Once the doctor sees you, they always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment. They went to great lengths to make sure all my questions were answered and problems resolved. So once you get in there, it is usually worth the wait. I do wish the waits were not so long, though.
