It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
