The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
