I was immediately welcomed by a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Truesdale clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment in easy to understand terms and examples. My appointment was about me and meeting my health needs today and in the future. The overall experience took place in a warm and caring environment!..
If a patient doesnt have an email or provides a cell number, be sure to mail any paperwork that needs to be filled out prior to the appointment and make sure calls (on landline) are made. Not everyone is on a smartphone or has access to an email. When I had my initial appointments medical paperwork was not mailed and consistent appointment calls were not made because I did not (i think) provide an email nor cell #. The staff is very pleasant but good customer service is always needed.
