Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

The worst part abou this doctors office was how they acted about me breastfeeding my 9 month old. They told me that I should start to wean him and even got offended when I asked if there was somewhere I could sit and nurse him. I was shocked at this because UNICEF, la leche league, the Surgeon General and others state that breastfeeding to "age two and beyond" is best for baby and mother. This was my biggest peeve. They are also always late for appointments... ALWAYS- up to and over an hour late. My son got a simple diaper rash and they could not diagnose it. I had to take him to a dermatologist to get it figured out because apparently it looked different than they were used to. All in all I would not recommend this doctor (not that there are many option in this town). I think it is worth the drive to Wilmington or another surrounding area to find a more qualified practice.

Yes
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
