The office was easy enough to find. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Dr Petock is the best doctor I've ever been to. She takes time with you to explain everything. Sometimes she just listens when you need to talk. You never feel like she is busy and has something else to do....You are her main concern. I really have and will continue to refer other women to her.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

No, not at all

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
