They've answered all of my questions during visits but I could have used more information in when calling in. The response to recent messages I've left is extremely slow and has required multiple calls. I've been a long time patient and until recently would have rated them outstanding in all areas. In the last few weeks it's been a struggle to get responses or talk to a live person. The direct, face-to face interactions I have had have continued to be outstanding. I'm not sure what's changed.
