They were unwilling to seek any referrel to a specialist. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention because what I needed was "expensive4;. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The only good point was that I got a same day appointment.
Don't go if you have no insurance. They assume you can't or won't pay anyone else and demand full payment up front (which is fine) when you have an appointment with their office.
