The doctor is really great, friendley, he listened to me and answered all of my concerns. Two thumbs up for him. I would never visit them again though. I was very disappointed. They asked me to come for my results a few days after an appointment. I found the door locked at 3 o'clock, and although I saw a person behind those blurry windows, and I called and knocked on the door, nobody came to answer. I am wondering why would you tell a person to come for an appointment on a certain day, and then just lock the door before your regular working hours, especially after the patient paid you that large amount of money for the visit? You would at least have the courtesy to call the patient and let him/her know not to come. From what I have heard later that day, I am not the first person that they have done this to. PATIENTS BEWARE!!! When I called them again the next day, one of the receptionists was trying hard to convince me that actually they were out at that time. It's so ridiculous! I will never go there again. I would much rather drive to Greensboro or High Point next time. I would never send my friends or family here.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Although the office seemed to be fully staffed, I would definitely say they were not professional and I question whether or not they are qualified.
The physician was courteous and knowledgeable; however, his office staff were quite the opposite. I've been in health care for more than 20 years and I was appauled by the actions of the office staff. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
