This office is impressive, with a pleasant atmosphere in the place.

A few things stood out:
1. The staff were on time, and the doctor was on time -- something I have never experienced. Dr. Christakos asked me a lot of questions and spent a lot of time understanding my case history and its complexities. I left with the impression that I was a valued client, and these people cared about my business. Again a far cry from any previous doctors offices I can remember over the last 40 years of my adult life.

2. This place looks professional and is big and comfortable. I mean is this. I don't feel like I'm crammed in a small waiting room with a bunch of other contagious sick people reading over my shoulder. My last doctor's office looked and functioned like the DMV, but I accepted it under the condition that he was a good doctor and I assumed all modern doctor's offices looked like communist Czechoslovakia.

When my doc retired I had to look around and I accidentally found this place. Frankly, i'm sorry I waited so long. Much better " customer" experience here than any physicians practice I can remember.
