I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
