I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
