They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I have been going here for years & have always been treated courteously & with respect. The office is located on Julian Rd., just off a main thoroughfare, Jake Alexander Blvd. There is plenty of parking and the facility is clean & spacious. The building encompasses extended services, such as x-ray & blood withdrawal. Across the driveway is their other building that handles things such as mammograms, etc. It really helps to have it all so close & away from the hospital traffic/atmosphere. Dr. Barrier is an excellent doctor who displays concern & knowledge. I highly recommend him & this facility.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
