I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.
