I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Dr. Patel takes a lot of time finding out about you and your lifestyle,eating habits, exercise etc. She will offer advice on all of these factors and what diet and supplements, along with prescription medication, would serve you best.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
