I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Not really, I was a little uneasy
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Somewhat, it didn't smell very good
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from

Dr. Fowler has been oour family Dr since shortly after opening of office in Marion NC. Have a lot of faith in him /his ability to diagnose and treat most all problems. If he doesn t feel he is the best Dr. for the problem he has no problem referring you to someone that is.
