They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
