Im am always pleased with my experience at Eagle Family, including front checkin, nurses and Dr Ross. He is quick to get me to specialist if needed. He is very caring and up to date with his practice. Ron and I are very pleased with Eagle and the whole staff!!!!!

While going to the doctor is not what most people consider a fun experience, my visits to Dr Ross and his staff are pleasant experiences providing expert medical remedies to whatever problems I may have. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Ross and his staff.

Saw Dr. Ross about back/ neck spasms. He prescribed two medicines which helped almost immediately. Eight days later when it was better but still stiff he wrote an order to Greensboro Imaging. I had called Eagle at about 1130. By 330 I had been to GI and when the Xrays came I received a summary of the results and my next appointment was promptly made. And so on, great service, responsiveness and competence - from Dr. Ross and all his staff.

My Pulmonary Specialist at Duke requested a Liver profile. Dr. Ross's office set up the appointment for me and notified me. Dr. Ross spoke with my wife and I about my medications and the reason for the Liver Profile. The concern for my continued health welfare is always addressed by Dr. Ross. I appreciate his concern and value his advice and friendship.

The staff at this office are fantastic. I hold Dr. Ross in high regards. He is very thorough and cautious - not quick to just prescribe a drug. I appreciate that. He really cares and works with his patients to come up with the right plan when needed.

As always, I believe that I received the best treatment available in the medical field at every encounter. This is the only medical facility that I attend that I actually enjoy going to. You guys are awesome, except of course for Phyllis. She is too savvy for me to get away with anything. Its like we are related or something. I think I have met my match! Oh wait a minute. Then there is Christi. Way too cheerful and happy! And for No apparent reason! Then there is Dr. Ross. Way too intelligent. I would never play poker with him. Although he does crack me up! Dr. Ross is an excellent caring physician who also takes care of my wife and mother in law. The front office, phlebotomy team and nurses are caring professionals. They are patient advocates which is rare in medicine these days.
