My annual physical plus 'welcome to Medicare' componentVery thorough. Good give and take and questions. New treatment plan talked through. Very knowledgeable and personable medical provider. I feel I am getting great care with Dr. Reade.

I received great health care from a great physician and staff. I have needed a physical for some time and glad that I was able to move forward and begin to get some health issues resolved with medication. The generic meds have given me some undesirable side effects, but Dr. Reade has switched me to the actual Synthroid and I began taking it Saturday morning. Yesterday was the first day I didn't have a headache all day!

Dr. Reade has been my primary physician for 20 years. Dr. Reade has always been a caring physician. He is always pleasant and kind. I have always been pleased with my experiences with Dr. Reade over the years.

Dr. Reade was both professional and personal which made for an enjoyable and informative experience. Since my old physician at Eagle Family Physicians left for another position at a local university hospital, I could not have been more fortunate to have discovered Dr. Reade. I am ever convinced that Eagle Family Physicians the care provided by Dr. Reade is top notch.

"It come a flood and an old man sat on the top of his house waiting for God to save him. Along came a boat with rescuers telling the old man to jump into boat, nope he said, God will save me. Along came a helicopter, grab the rope they yelled, nope God will save me. Just before entering through Heavens gates he was thinking but why didn’t God save me. Then he heard a voice say, I sent you a boat and a helicopter." Doctor Robert Reade you are truly a gift from God. Thank you for helping me to stay healthy so I can continue to embrace and enjoy the years God has allowed to share with the beautiful family He gave me to love and to cherish.

I made my appointment with Dr. Reade in December, so I waited about 2 months to see him. But it was worth the wait. I went in with my list of questions, symptoms and refill requests and everything was addressed. He is very thorough and attentive. He listens and really discusses options with me and I appreciate that. When I ask for explantions about my options, that is always provided. His main nurse, Jessica, is always pleasant and smiling.

I have always been treated well when at the Eagle at Triad location. The staff is very friendly and comfortable to talk with. Dr. Reade is a wonderful physician. I started going to him after Scott Gurley left and I am very happy with my decision. He is very warm, friendly and easy to talk to. He listens and really seems to care about you as his patient. His assistant, Jessica is also very nice and pleasant. Thanks so much.

I prepared to complete the survey but the date of the appointment which you have was not correct for my appointments; therefore, I will make the assumption that this survey is intended for another patient....But, I will say that my experiences with Dr. Reade have all been rated very high in skill, professionalism, and bedside manner (caring).....It is my belief that it takes a special person to be a good physician and I believe he has the qualities it takes to care for a patient and help the patient feel secure that the treatments are the correct treatments or the correct approach in resolving the problem....

The reception staff is very professional and approachable. The nurses/PA's provide feedback to questions and not just yes or no answers. Dr. Reade is very pleasant and makes you feel at ease in uncomfortable situations. I'm glad that my sister in law recommended his practice to my family...
