This was my first visit back in many years (my fault for not being responsible). I filled out paperwork, seen the doctor and everything went great. I have no plans on changing.

I was seen in a very timely manner with dizziness and check Heavy pressure . When I called in the operator asked good questions to determine if a emergency and gave me a timely apt. Dr Mitchell and his Nurse were very careful and treated me very well. Tests were done . I received the results in about 5 days but because of Dr Mitchell's Nurse and then Dr Mitchell they determined a bladder infection. Also cleaned out my ears. I left feeling a lot better and within 3 days all dizzeness was gone. Electric cardogram was fine, chest exray fine. Thank you all for the help.
