I was extremely pleased. This is the second time in a row that Dr. Gates has looked at a situation and called it exactly right! I'm very happy that she is my primary physician.

I have been a patient of Dr Gates for many years. She has always been very caring and thorough. Her new nurse asst, Mary Catherine, is great. Wait times were short. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Follow up with lab results was quick. No complaints. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Gates always takes time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. She works with me to decide what would be the best way to handle any medical issues that need to be addressed. She is thorough and prompt with reports of any tests that have been administered. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Nurses are thoroughaving and cheerful. Love, love, love my doctor. Front desk staff'a attitude has improved over the years but still rarely smiles when patients check in.

Went for a physical - went well. Dr. Gates is thorough and genuinely interested in my welfare - she is a good listener, explains things and has been my doctor since the 1990's - and will remain her patient.
