When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. My entire family attends this practice.
