I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
