I thought Ostrow was great! He was very knowledgeable and was open to answer all my questions. He even provided me with a note pad and ped to write down his answers.The staff was great emailing me the paper work that a new patient has to fill out in advance to make sure that my first visit was okay. I like that he does interactive medicine and will not limit my treatment to just one modality. I look forward to continue working with him to get better. He also explained the procedure thoroughly and took me step-by-step in terms of what he planned to do.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
