Their staff was not friendly at all at the two different locations I have been to. After waiting 45 mins questioned what time will I be seen was told soon by a very unfriendly receptionist. No smiles, no good morning when you sign in. Same person was very rude to the Doctor in front of me when he requested she book a test for me later that week. Doctor is wonderful and very helpful but his office staff is the worst I have ever seen.

I was seen on a Monday night and was helped by a very friendly dark haired girl who kept smiling and giggling at me. she was very welcoming and friendly. then went I went into the room the doctor was the same very nice bedside mannor and sounded confident. When he ask a blonde hair woman to do my hearing test she rolled her eyes as of she didn't want to do her job. I was pretty much pleased with all my services there except the lady who did my hearing test. front desk staff was pleasant leaving and the doctor was off the charts! I would recommend him to everybody!
