Dr. Braun is highly competent and any problem I bring to him gets resolved in one visit. He sees me on time (you might have to wait five or ten minutes, but he's an on-timer). He listens, doesn't rush me, and I believe gives full attention to all necessary details.

Dr. Braun does something few other ENTs do: He aspirates fluid from my (clogged) sinuses and opens up my sinuses by doing this. Many America-trained ENTs don't do this (they consider it too risky AND it takes an extra minute or two...time they don't seem to have!).

I've sent many of my friends and family members to Dr. Braun; ALL report total satisfaction with his level of care, ability to quickly resolve the problem, and all have since returned whenever they need his attention and care.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
