Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Dr. Modlin is the very BEST ENT. He listens and answers all your questions. He has excellent bedside manner and is truly a doctor that I would recommend to anyone. The office staff are very helpful and professional yet still warm and welcoming. If you need and Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist, look no further than Dr. Modlin.....you will be happy you did.
