Twice they lost medical records sent by my previous doctor. So Gluck made me take blood tests over again. Also the office staff is totally unorganized. The exam rooms are filthy. And, they overbook so much the average wait in the afternoon is about two hours. It feels like a third world health clinic.

I was treated for testoserone replacement therapy, but I was not told that the treatment would lower my sperm count. It made it impossible to get pregnant for over a year!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was scheduled for a cystoscopy but never told how to prepare for it -- I had to call back and ask. They're completely disorganized -- I made an appointment to see one doctor, was told when I arrived that I'd see another, and then after TWO HOURS saw a different doctor. They scheduled me for a sonogram and then when I arrived, told me I couldn't have it there because my insurance wouldn't cover an in-office procedure. The employees are hostile and incompetent; it's worse than the DMV.
