He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I had to wait for a little while.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Zwerling is a unique man. He has been in the neighborhood for years and is known by virtually everyone. In Rockaway, he is "MR EYES". He is caring, gentle, smart as can be, and has taken out the cataracts in practically all of my friends with great results! Also, he is really very funny to boot! He is probably the best doctor of any kind in all of Rockaway. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommended!!
