It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff didn't seem very friendly . None of smile. It was like they were here to do a job and thats it. the receptionist & the girl whom makes appoints etc. were the only friendly persons there besides the doctor

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
