I am always happy with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. All the parents in my community respect them.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
