It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I have been satisfied with all of the doctors but especially our primary care physician, K. Prushik. He's relaxed, doesn't believe in mindlessly prescribing medication and he's knowledgeable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.
