They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, it was expensive.

Definitely not. They act like my child isn't even there

Not at all. I feel like their top priority is making money

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. We adore Dr. Lieberman! He is direct and I am always confident that he is doing the best for my children!
