This office has terrible hours. Every time I call up, be it at 12 noon or 3pm, the office is closed. This is very frustrating. Additionally, I asked that all appointments be scheduled with an MD. Nevertheless, my child's nine month checkup was incorrectly scheduled with a Physician's Assistant.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions
