I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Once before my consultation, they left me unattended for quite awhile. I'm not sure if they were attending to personal matters or something else, but I felt very ignored.

Waiting room is cramped and overcrowded, this Dr. seldom arrives on time, waiting periods extend to over 1 hour.Reception staff is not helpfull, and unprofessional. Schedules patients for an average of 15 mins each, overbooks gives no advice, no info on medication, no followup does not send required paperwork in a timely manner. Requests for records or third party forms that may be needed by client are routinely inadequately filled out. Not available in the event of an emergency. Tragic that this Dr. holds a license at all, does far more damage than good.
Dispenses medication only!

The waiting room is horribly cramped, blaring television and overcrowded, this Dr. clearly overbooks in order to get as many people in and out the door as possible. Reception staff is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Visits once in the Drs. room (which is quite spacious and comfortable, a sharp contrast to the waiting room) are often very perfunctory and extremely brief, involving primarily the writing of prescriptions or promotion of the latest pharmaceutical. Return visits are scheduled with no other purpose except to gain refill prescriptions, and the timing of these return visits appears random based on profitability to Dr. There is no apparent health follow-up, simply a refill written or new pharmaceutical prescribed. Requests for records or third party forms that may be needed by client are routinely denied or inadequately filled out. Requests for emergency refills without an appointment or due to a gap in Doctors calender (i.e. vacation or backed up calender) are randomly ignored by both phone and fax, leaving patients with dangerous gaps in prescription continuity. This is the perfect example of the callous, self-serving, ignorant legalized drug-dealing that represents the worst of psychiatry today.
