Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

My appointment is always pushed last, as if I am a low priority. This provider does not ever call you and if you want the results of tests you have to make an appointment for a "CONSULTATION" and pay an extra copay. I know that they have a lot of clients here. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Some of the staff at the East Greenbush location is very unprofessional. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
